Hi! We're Talent Tree Solutions! We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is strictly designed for students needing to fulfill a mandatory school practicum/OJT requirement for academic credit.
Because this position is 100% remote, we place a high value on integrity, self-discipline, and strong communication. Trust will be tested from day one, and we are looking for someone reliable who can take ownership of their work while operating independently.
Role Overview
You won't just be doing administrative work—you will get hands-on experience managing end-to-end candidate endorsements:
- Sourcing talent and screening applicants
- Conducting interviews and endorsing candidates end-to-end
- Making hiring recommendations alongside our HR team
- Receiving direct mentorship and real-world recruitment exposure
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Academic Practicum: Must require a mandatory internship/practicum course to fulfill degree/graduation requirements (Minimum 200 required hours).
- Communication & Confidence: You will handle candidate interviews and end-to-end endorsements directly, so strong active listening, candidate evaluation, and confident verbal communication skills are a plus!
- WFH Permission: Your school/department must allow a 100% online/remote internship setup.
- Shift Commitment: Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexible/negotiable schedules during the internship can be arranged as long as the request is reasonable and not frequently.
- Work Setup & Accountability: Personal computer/laptop, stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a quiet workspace. High level of personal accountability required for a fully remote environment.
