Responsibilities
- Basic Troubleshooting for laptop, desktop, printers (HW, SW, Connectivity concerns)
- Office Automation device configuration (format, account setup, email configuration & apps)
- Windows updates
- IT Asset inventory
- IT Consumables deployment, tagging, recording
- IT documentation (Microsoft related encoding & actual documents compilation)
Requirements
- Undergraduate students looking for academic or voluntary internship/OJT hours.
- Eager learners with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Onsite, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM at Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Can commit to starting this October - November 2026.
