About the Role
Are you a graduating student looking to gain real-world experience in Human Resources? Join the StorageMart HR Internship Program, a structured and hands-on learning experience designed to bridge your academic knowledge with practical HR operations in a professional work environment.
As an HR Intern, you will support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping, documentation, and administrative processes. You will work closely with HR professionals and gain valuable exposure to day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with applicants
- Respond to applicant inquiries through email, phone calls, and online platforms
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring departments
- Support the preparation and processing of internship requirements, MOAs, and onboarding documents
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain employee records and HR documents
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks related to Human Resources as assigned
