QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently taking BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related courses
- With required OJT hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Can work on-site in Pasay City
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
- Help with employee records and HR documentation
- Support training and engagement initiatives
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed
