We are seeking an analytical HR Analytics & Data Intern to assist in managing HR data and metrics to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and data trackers (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance).
- Assist in cleaning and validating HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics and support the preparation of presentations for leadership.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and employee retention.
- Identify trends in HR data to help the team make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas is a plus).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
