HR Intern

ARP Digital Marketing is Hiring HR INTERNS

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
2. Maintain confidential employee records, update HR trackers, and monitor attendance/leave.
3. Support company events, respond to basic employee inquiries, and help prepare HR reports and memos.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Currently enrolled in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related degree
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strict with confidentiality
3. Strong communication skills; adaptable to a fast-paced environment
4. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
