Recruitment Operations

• Assist in sourcing and interviewing candidates for various positions. • Assist in calling out candidates for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
• Assist in encoding candidate information in all recruitment trackers and systems.
• Assist in updating recruitment trackers and systems.
• Assist in following up with respective hiring managers with their respective requirements and/or endorsed candidate status.
• Assist in tracking requirement status, candidate status, and other important details in recruitment operations.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Onboarding

• Assist in the collection of pre-employment requirements.
• Assist in calling out new hires and/or selected candidates, companies, organizations, schools, and other entities for onboarding/pre-employment completion purposes.
• Assist in tracking of the status of pre-employment requirement submission.
• Assist in updating onboarding trackers and systems.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
