Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Must be enrolled in an internship/practicum course required by the school or university.
Required to complete at least 300 internship hours.
Available to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Interested in hands-on exposure to project administration, documentation, and coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Engineering and Design Team with daily administrative and coordination activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, records, and files.
Help update project trackers, schedules, and monitoring sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers on documents, requirements, and project updates.
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Engineering and Design Team, along with other assigned project-related work.
