Job Description We are looking for an OSP Engineering Intern to assist our OSP (Outside Plant) Team with AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, reports, and other technical and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for students who want to gain hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting, OSP projects, site surveys, project documentation, and project coordination. Responsibilities Assist the OSP Team with AutoCAD 2D drafting and design. Prepare and update project layouts and as-built drawings. Encode project reports and other information using Microsoft Excel. Assist in preparing, printing, organizing, and filing project documents. Assist in monitoring vehicle and manpower resources. Assist with basic internal processes and project documentation. Participate in site surveys and field activities when required. Coordinate with other departments regarding project requirements and documentation. Assist the Project Delivery Team with project monitoring and reporting. Follow company policies, procedures, and project protocols. Maintain the confidentiality of company and project information. Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor. The Industrial Engineering Intern will assist the Operations team in improving manufacturing processes, supporting production planning activities, monitoring quality standards, and maintaining operational documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations and offers opportunities to learn industry best practices in process improvement, productivity analysis, and quality management systems. Production Planning Support Assist in monitoring daily production schedules and output targets. Help track production performance against planned schedules. Support data gathering and analysis of production efficiency, capacity utilization, and workforce productivity. Assist in preparing production reports and dashboards. The role supports the maintenance team on preventive maintenance activities, conducting minor repairs and documentations. Further, assists maintenance in project implementation and data gathering. POSITION DUTIES Accomplish Preventative and Maintenance checklists of all factory equipment. Ensure assigned work is completed safety and in accordance with quality requirements company policy and all statutory requirements. Initiate and complete Job Orders and ensure timely sign-off /close off for completed work along with relevant feedback information Resolve operational or technical equipment problems to minimise manufacturing interruptions resulting from equipment breakdowns/failures. Log at the end of every shift all work completed and work pending. Identify and resolve equipment reliability and improvement concerns.          Provide immediate responses to emergency work orders.  Assist Maintenance technicians for the daily assignments Support production employees where requested to optimise machine outputs, working closely with them to ensure that the plant can be operated safely with minimal downtime and waste.  Record run and downtime activities in the AEMS in correct detail Monitor quality to comply with customer requirements at all times Perform required inline quality checks while running the work order Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that come up during the production run, e.g. mechanical breakdowns, bag formation defects, printing problems, paper quality issues, etc. Requirements: Education: Currently enrolled in a Technical-Vocational Course (e.g., TESDA Machining, Electromechanical, Mechanical Technology) or a BS Mechanical/Industrial Engineering program requiring mandatory internship hours.
